The front end of a vehicle can shake from pretty much any worn steering or suspension part, and also from out-of-balance wheels, faulty tires, and ABS (antilock braking system faults).

A bad ball joint will often cause a clunk when turning. Eventually it can break away altogether causing the front wheel to virtually fall off.

Have your vehicle checked by a qualified technician, as this can be a serious and costly problem.
