A bubble sounds from the engine usually indicates that the engine is seriously overheating. It is best to turn off the engine and call a mechanic. Adding antifreeze may help, but it is likely leaking somewhere.
BUBBLING
A burble is a bubbling, gurgling sound, or a rapid gush of speech.
The sound of water bubbling inside the cab after you shut the engine off is a sign that the radiator is low, you must likely got a small coolant leak somewhere on the engine.
whistling in a high pitch voice. they also make quiet bubbling sounds
like words to describe the sound of flowing water? gurgling, rippling, bubbling, etc.
The correct spelling is "gurgle" (to make a gargling or bubbling sound)
The gurgling sound is caused by pressure in the engine coolant system(antifreeze) slowly releasing into the coolant overflow resevoir. Typically a faulty thermostat causes this sound.
Is the car filled up with antifreeze? Had the same problem, turns out there wasn't enough antifreeze in the system.
== == == ==
There is'nt supposed to be anti-freeze in your engine. probably what happened is the ant-freeze made your engine stop. So you have to clean your engine or get a new one.
Is it full of antifreeze? Does the engine come up to temperature? Does it sound/feel like the temp control is moving anything?
These are two distinct words. To gargle is to rinse the throat by tilting the head back and bubbling a liquid in the throat by breathing out through the mouth. To gurgle means to make a bubbling sound by permitting a liquid to flow out of an opening.
