Not sure if I understand the question but let me guess.

Aircraft (and ships) use a term for their speed that is called knots. This is another value of measuring speed and is close to the miles per hour value.

Aircraft also use the term Mach Number. This value represent the speed of sound or the percent of Mach 1.

car speed is always measued in ground speed, or its speed in relation to the ground - plane speed is measured several ways but mostly it is in realtionship to the air, or air speed - a plane traveling at an airspeed of 60 mph flying into a headwind of 60 mph (common at very high altitude) has a ground speed of 0 mph or is actually standing still!

Is a car faster than an airplane?

That statement is not totally true for all airplanes or cars. However, generally, an airplane has a larger engine that allows it to fly faster than a car can drive. They also carry more fuel in order to do this. The Cessna 72 will cruise at a ground speed at the same speed of a car travelling at interstate highway speed. Thus a Cessna would not be a good choice for traveling if you purpose is to reach your destination quicker.

How is thrust related to the speed of an airplane?

As trust increases, speed increases. Providing the angle of attack, and the wind speed stay the same.

Why do aeroplanes and cars have stremlined body?

They have a streamlined body so that they could travel faster without much drag. Drag is the force that pulls on a car or airplane to slow its forward movement. If you reduce the drag force, then the car will burn less fuel while traveling the same speed OR it will travel at a faster speed at the same fuel burn.

What is an example of a unit to measure speed?

Miles per hour, like a car. Knots, like a boat or airplane.
