if you have engine oil in your fuel injectors then you have bigger problems then your car not starting..
with the car off, pull out the fuse for the fuel pump, its located in the fuse box in the engine bay. With the fuse removed, start the car. its should run for a few seconds and die. with this done, remove the bolts and screws holding the fuel injectors and fuel rail assembly together. Pull out the injectors, and pull the upper and lower o rings off the injector. Take the new injectors and rub a little oil on them prior to installing them on the injectors, or putting the injectors back i nthe fuel rail assembly. install is the reverse of removal. reinstall the fuse, and start the car, checking for leaks.
yes it will start but you dont want to start it.
yeah it will not start because there has to be over 500 psi of oil pressure at the injectors to enable them to release fuel
it will catch fire because the engin will combust the car instead of the oil
recommend inspecting the coolant temp sensor.
there is no primer, but the 6.0 has problems with o rings and injectors malfunctioning, which causes then to not sart also check engine oil level. if insufficient oil the engine will not start
yes
If the oil is low in your car, it can eventually cause your car to stall and not start. It can also kill your engine.
If you mean that diesel is somehow getting into the oil sump and the oil level is rising then this is quite common with this engine and is due to either the injectors or the injector seals failing. Loads is on Google about this problem. This car was recalled by Isuzu to have it fixed. If a car wasnt recalled then its a time bomb and if injectors need replacing it costs a fortune.
Time for an oil change.
You have a low oil pressure sensor that is keeping the engine from destroying itself from lack of oil. Either your oil passages are blocked or your oil pump is faulty. Replace the oil pump and see if it helps. It's cheaper than replacing the engine.
No! That could never happen. Okay now for an answer. Your car sounds as if it is starving for fuel so I would start at the fuel filter. How long since it was changed? Have you had the injectors cleaned? In some cases it could be timing but I'd start with getting the fuel system checked out. By the way, Check your oil first. If you are low on oil the oil pressure switch may be turning the fuel pump off.
