After some research, all I have discovered are two bird names that may be a possiability. They are the Trochilas, but all I found here was that it was a type of hummingbird. The second bird is know as the Egyptian plover. This bird does eat insects off the ground but has not been seen eating out of a croc's teeth.
I also found an article that said this story may be a myth. That there is no crocodile tootbrush bird. If there was it was said they picke leeches and fungus out of the teeth of crocodiles.

yes
They have teeth.
Creatures which clean (or groom) other creatures do so because the debris or unwanted matter from the creature they're cleaning is part of their diet.
You can't really "clean" a rabbits teeth. If you see black cavities, bring it to the vet and will give you a specialized medicine.
very sharp
They use their teeth.
