D15/D16/D17 serie whitout too mutch modification B serie engine whit the B serie engine mount and the del sol vtec shift linkage. Whit heavy mod you can go K20 or H22 but lot of work.

yes as long as both motors are the same general type. any "D" series tranny will fit any other "D" series motor. ex: you can put a D16 tranny on a D15.
if by "interference fit" you're asking if the engine will bend valves and damage the cylinder head if the timing belt breaks, and this is the honda d16 series engine, then yes, if the timing belt breaks, or jumps too far out of time, then you will have at least 4 bent valves...

I don't see why they wouldn't. The police package (9C1) engine and tranny are just built heavier. The engine is beefed up a little more and so is the tranny. As far as I know they'll fit right in there.
