No. A man's sperm carries exactly half of the DNA required to fertilize an ovium (woman's egg). It contains nothing more. Neither the sperm nor the ovium are capable of life without the other half of the DNA. When the halves of the DNA combine then there is enough to 'program' the cells to begin division/multiplication, which might result in a new being. This is true of all mammals, not just humans. The DNA combines so that the new entire whole is not exactly like either of the halves. So the sperm's DNA does influence the blood type of the child but there is nothing of the father except 1/2 of his DNA. Same is true for the mother.
