What are the names of body parts on a rhinoceros?

The Rhinoceros is closely related to the horse and tapir. They have hooved feet 3 toes each, short legs, a short tail, gray hairless skin stronger yet quite similar to an elephants, big radar-like ears, tiny eyes, a square nose and mouth(adapted for easy grazing), and 1-2 nose horns made of keratin and gelatin which is a hairlike substance. They aren't actually horns because horns come out of the skull. They have similar genitalia to any other pachyderm.

Is genetics an example of an adaptation?

No. Genetics is a topic in biology. I think what you mean is, the mutations that form in DNA to give different features may be beneficial to the survival of the organism. E.g. Giraffes with long necks are more likely to survive than the giraffes with short necks because they can reach leaves on higher trees but the short giraffes can not. The short giraffes have evidently become extinct as a result.

Who believed the early giraffes had short necks?
