yes because The lives of people who need help may be sick. they will die because they don't have nothing to eat.

This responsibility should be taken very seriously because you may find yourself in need of help one day. A good citizen is someone who knows more than the Pledge of Allegiance. A good citizen knows that improving the lives of others improves their own life.

A country is never judged by how well it treats its best, but by how it treats its neediest. And makes those people the countries best.

Improvement has many forms and shapes, health care, education and employment.

Improvement is never a 'handout', it is more like a loan that will be paid back in kind some day.
