I wouldn't necessarily say that he "hates" you. "Hate" is a strong word, deary! Boys tend to give up if the girl they are flirting with doesn't flirt back; they think that the girl is not interested. And since there are plenty of fish in the sea, they're going to drift away from you and try to see if any other girl will flirt back with them. In most circumstances, guys won't hate you if they stop flirting with you. They could just possibly get bored of chasing after you, like I said above, or they might have heard from others that you might not be interested. But guys are tenacious creatures! Another one shall be flirting with you intstantly! Don't get too hung up on whether or not a boy hates you. If other guys see you stressing out, it could be a slight turnoff because men don't tend to swing with women that worry too much.
