If a guy looks at you constantly but never talks to you then you know he is probably interested. I am having an experience with this exact same question now. This guy I like is constantly looking at me but never saying anything he also sayshe doesn't like me but I asked him last year to go out with me and he said he would but it was on the last day of school and we didn't have time but this year he won't give me a chance. But it usuallyn means he likes you. You should ask him out and hopefully he will say yes!!!! Glad to help, Scorchin12

If he's too shy to ask you out on a date, then you ask him out.
