A cat could eat a hamster if it felt like it. I strongly suggest keeping the hamster away from the cat and the cat away from the hamster:/
My hamster is 9 weeks old and i gave her, her wheel straight away, and she loves it!so i guess now wouldn't be so bad!
Running away from home is not typically considered a crime in most places. However, minors who run away may be considered to be engaging in delinquent behavior, and parents or guardians may be held responsible for their well-being. It's important to address the underlying issues that led to the runaway behavior and seek appropriate help and support.
because they are very scared to people and the other word for running away is darting away dont touch them so much or they will be weak and will die for sure!!!
He probably just doesn't want to. So put in a glass cage if he isn't already, take away his wheel, and take the glue out from the corners of the tank, I did this, so it's safe, and make sure to give him some chew bars or something, but if you want to, talk to some hamster professional about a type of wheel that won't be chewed on or something
A happy hamster sits in the corner of his cage nibbling away at food, or runs around his play wheel. A scared hamster will not be eating and makes furtive movemnts of the body while looking around ina panicked way. A sad hamster - sorry can't answer this one. A sad hamster sits and uh uh uh nvm
That is normal. It happened to my hamster too. 1. You can try getting a new wheel (but it didn't work for me).2. You can use the bedding to rub any urine that gets in the wheel. With the dirty bedding just place it in a corner. Take out any bedding or materials that may be inside the wheel. Either throw away the contents or put it back in the cage. Repeat this process until the habit is broken.
Well, I think your hamster is toatoly mental. But you shoud but it in a not so sunny, and not so dark area to keep a shadow from appearing.
If your hamster runs away from you, it might mean that he or she is afraid of you, but it might also mean that the hamster is simply not trained. You can train a hamster to come to you by rewarding the hamster with food each time it climbs onto your hand.
Well, I read somewhere that some hamsters will keep mice away. But then again, some hamsters are just plain friendly with the rodents! So if you are planning on getting a hamster to keep away mice, make sure you check with the owner that they are a breed that will keep mice away!
Yes, if you are going away, for a few days, it's ok to feed your hamster extra in case he/she gets hungry. He/she will stash the food somewhere and eat it when nessesary. Give however much food you think it needs while you're away.
The wheel of titanic is a mystery some say it came of on the way down others think that it corroted away
