you can be any age to be on a plane. to be on a plane alone and not an adult you need paperwork and stuff saying you are an unaccompanied minor
No, they can't accept that their parents or one of them authorize that they can, and if they do they need to really check that their son or daughter is responsible enough for a credit card. A minor may be able to use an adult's credit card if the credit card owner has officially authorized the minor to use it.
When filing an unemployment claim, you will need indentification including your social security number and details for your last 3 employers
No but you do need photographic ID for both the plane and the ferry, eg passport , drivers licence, citizen card.
You need a valid ID card (identification card) with the name matching the name on your ticket to gain a boarding pass. This can be your driver's license, state ID, passport/visa or military ID.
A credit card requires a contract. Contracts can not be executed with a minor (someone under 18). So you would need a parent or guardian to be a co-applicant or guarantor if you want a credit card.
There are no laws concerning the age of the debtor that prohibits a creditor lawsuit with the exception of those that relate to minors. An individual under the age of majority for their state of residence (usually 18) cannot legally enter into a financial contract and therefore could not be sued for debt. The exception to this rule is if the minor obtained credit, goods, monies by the use of deliberate fraudulent actions, such as using false indentification/information to procure a credit card.
No. Minors are not able to enter into valid contractual agreements. A minor would need to have a parent(s) or guardian obtain a card and give them permission as an authorized user.
if you have parental consent in the state of California and are over the age of 16. you can qualify. But you need a doctor to sign off and a parent to sign off.
First of all, I don't understand how you obtained a card if you are a minor (under the age of 18). Is it in your name, or your parents? A minor cannot enter into any legal contract such as a credit card, loan, etc. Therefore if you have been granted a card, you are under the age of 18, you cannot be held responsible for the debt. There is however the possibility that you have committed fraud by letting the company believe you were of age. I really need more info.
Your plane ticket and a passport.
No amount of "experience" will make you a plane.
