Panel beds seen in bedroom furniture pictures usually have what is called a " bunkie board ". A bunkie board is just another form of support placed between your mattress and slats.
A box spring can still be used, but it will only raise the mattress
higher than what is usually seen in the panel bed pictures
A panel bed is the kind that has a headboard and a footboard. A platform bed is a platform onto which you put your mattress and requires no boxspring.
Bedskirts give a finished look. They hide the boxspring and whats under the bed.
its the style of the headboard and footboard. they look like panels. there are also slab beds, which have no footboard, platform beds, which sit on a platform, and have no boxspring, poster beds, which have posts tat go up to the ceiling, and bunkbeds.
Yes, provided the bed has support for the mattress you can forgo the boxspring. A boxspring serves as support when there is no platform or other means available. It also gives a bit more flexibility so expect a more solid sleep.
When you say mattress that is the top. Boxspring is the bottom. So im guessing you have mattress and boxspring extra long. The answer is yes. A twin extra long mattress will fit a regular twin bed frame. The length is just longer not the width.
Generally, the frame would be the separate underneath support structure for the boxspring and mattress, made of metal, wood or plastic and may have casters, to easily move the entire bed.
Two twin matresses will make a king bed but it must be put together on a king frame and boxspring.
No it will not. You will have to tie the boxspring up on top. And put the mattress inside the van.

It was a trouble-free and convenient process in adjusting the bed sizes of the White Twin and the Full Size Panel Bed of the Summer Grace collection.
not hardly :(
The bulbs are changed on a Sunquest Pro 16SE tanning bed by unscrewing the side panel and sliding out each bulb. Replacement bulbs are then put in and the panel replaced.
