It only counts in your first life, so if i started a match and got a pave low without someone killing me it would count but if i got killed before i could call it in it wont.

yes i did this today it is so easy.. create a class and get an rpd as first weapon then as the second weopon get a At4-HS rocket launcher, tactical insertion, sleight of hand, cold blooded, any perk 3... copy cat as death streak...ok now get another player(freind) and search 3rd person cage match then invite him while you are searching. then when you have found a game get him to put on the kill streak pave low. put your tactical insertion down and get him to kill you then put another down and get him to kill you then keep repeating this until he has a pave low. now when the pave low comes aim the at4-hs at it until it locks on then fire. it wont kill the pave low because the pave low is heavily armoured. once you have shot it just keep shooting with your rpd until it spins around. then while it is going down and spinning around shoot at it with your rpd. every bullet that hits it while it is going down will count as one destroying enemy kill streaks. i got to like the fourth one in ione go. this really works easily....
