Fram is only the name brand of the filter... As long the year, model, engine size, matches it should fit... Doesn't matter who make it...
Fram 2870A, Fram 2825. Both work on a Ford 1700 tractor as sub for WIX 51512.
You'll need a special tool (available at a parts store) to take off the filter. The tool releases the filter from the fuel line fittings. Sometimes it's easy to take off the filter and sometimes it difficult. Needle nose pliers won't work.
Perform a fluid and filter change, it may improve...if it does, change the fluid and filter again after a few hundred miles. If it doesn't work....Go to eBay and get a new transmission!

To access the cabin air filter on the 2007 Ford Freestyle you must first remove the glove box. Simply open the glove box, pinch in the two rubber stoppers on the lateral edges to get them past the jams. The box rolls forward and out of the way. Look to the left in the opening. You should see a housing in the black duct work if the vehicle was equipped with a cabin air filter.
