The saxophone is an medium instrument to learn but because you have a back ground in the Cello the Saxophone will be a little easier. The only hard thing about learning the Saxophone is the mouth position and playing the notes.

There is not an answer to this question because both boys and girls like cello. I am a girl who likes the cello but quite a few don't. Most probably like instruments like saxophone, guitar, keyboard etc. But I'm guessing this is to do with fancying so possibly it depends on what the girls personality but if you only want to play the cello to attract her or them then don't becuase you might not like it and you shouldn't do something you don't want to do.
