NO. What this will do is satisfy the debt only. This will show in favor on your credit, but it will still show as a repo. You are better off paying the debt. If you are doing this, make sure to have them issue a satifaction of debt letter to the credit bureaus. This will increase your score.
is the repo show fake
Yes.
the BALANCE DUE at time of repo PLUS repo fees and fees to come later.
It depends on when the lender reports to the credit bureau companies-- If they showed the repo today on their books and sent their update information to them also today-- then all 3 credit companies will show it today/tomo the latest. If they showed the repo today on their books but they sent the update to all three credit companies two days ago, then the repo will show up next month when they report again. On the other hand, there are lenders that send that information as soon as it happens -- so if you are going to do something do it now but don't be disappointed if it already show.
It will still show up as a repo on your credit report, even if you brought the car back and told them you can't pay for it.
IF you can pay it off AFTER it is sold, it will still show as a repo on your credit. BUT if you can payoff then, pay it off NOW and you get to keep the CAR.
No!!! Operation repo is prescripted and practiced just like any other tv show. The cars they repo are purchased especially for the show and some are even donated.
You can look up your credit report online. The lien holder would show on your credit report not the dealership. A repo stays on your credit for 7 - 10 yrs.
