Varies enormously depending on what it's made with. Bread crust is typically made with wheat flour, which has some protein (how much in a slice depends on thickness of crust and type of flour used), cheese has protein, and many people put meat on a Pizza, which would greatly affect the amount in the pizza. It could be anywhere from 5 grams to 30.

A slice of pizza will have a neglibable amount of fibre in the flour if it is not heavily processed. However the toppings may provide some, for instance spinach or pineapple.
