The Viagra wore off. Sorry. Does it still shift? If it does, a bushing may have broken at the base of the shifter. If it doesn't shift, a broken cable, or possible the arm at the transmission. A better description of what the transmission is doing or not doing would help.

Non-stick cupcake liners make it easier to remove cupcakes without sticking to the liner, resulting in a more attractive presentation and less mess. They also help prevent the cupcakes from sticking to the pan, making cleanup quicker and easier.

My car will shift when i first go but wont shift after that help
A stick shift may not go into gears due to several reasons, including a worn or damaged clutch, low transmission fluid, or issues with the gear linkage. If the clutch is not disengaging properly, it can prevent the driver from shifting smoothly. Additionally, problems with the transmission itself, such as internal damage or misalignment, can also hinder gear engagement. Regular maintenance can help prevent these issues from arising.
