that hasn't been proved yet.

The wormhole does warp space time, imagine a piece of paper the fastest way from one side to the other is straight across but if you manipulate the paper by folding it in half and poking a small hole in it you have just shortened your trip to a fraction of what it was. Couple of problems:

1) Power it will take an enormous amount of energy to open a wormhole

2) a wormhole is gravitationaly unstable and will collapse if any matter or light attempt to pass through it.

3) If your math is not right and you open a wormhole you may not come out where you wanted to (such as in a star or in deep space never being able to find your way back)

Is a wormhole a warp zone?

A warp zone is a wormhole that is found on some levels that disappears after a certain amount of time.

Is it possible to become non-rellitive to the motion of the universe?

The best analog would be a stick figure drawn on a sheet of paper. He could derive technology to warp his space and time but he will still be bound to his universe. Even if he created a wormhole to the far side of his universe his motion through the wormhole is still relative to his plane of existence.

What was the method of achieving warp speed in Star Trek?

The method for achieving warp speed in Star Trek is to warp the space around the vessel and leave the vessel in a pocket of normal space. It contracts space time in front of the vessel and expands the space time behind it.

How is the term 'wormhole' defined?

A wormhole is a theoretical passageway through space and time connecting separate regions of the universe or in the case of the multiverse, separate universes.

What is a wormhole Explain about it in simple scientific language?

A wormhole is a tunnel that connects two point's in the space time continuum. I ,a 13 year old boy, have created an experiment that can make a wormhole that we can use to time travel. If you want to read the experiment plan then follow this link.. http://www.ireport.com/docs/DOC-367891#

What is on the other side of a wormhole?

a worm!! If you are talking about astronomy, then nobody knows! A wormhole links one part of space-time with another. So the answer might be an alternate universe.

When was Space Warp created?

Space Warp was created in 1983.

When did Space Warp happen?

Space Warp happened in 1983.

Will wormhole in space explode the earth?

No a wormhole is a place that connects two points in the space time continuum I am trying to make one with this experiment if you want to see it follow this link...http://www.ireport.com/docs/DOC-367891#

Where are wormholes located in space?

In the law of physics, wormhole can possibly exists, but no one ever found a wormhole or seen. there is no evidence that wormhole can exist.

Why gravity warp space time?

Einstein thought that bent space time explains much, and he is very smart.

Where can a wormhole take you?

A wormhole, if you were to dive into it, can take you anywhere in space or time. So say the science-fiction delighters, who ignore the fact that you can't survive a leap into a wormhole. Wormholes are hypothetical, mathematically possible but unobserved and therefore hypothetical. If a wormhole were to take you back in time, it could only take you as far back as the age of the wormhole. A wormhole has two ends, an in and an out. Imagine the out end oscillating at the speed of light from the moment the wormhole forms. Time stops for that end of the wormhole relative to the in end which oscillates at a leisurely pace in this illustration. Imagine you leave the wormhole from its birth for a year and then leap into the in end. You would emerge from the out end a year into the past. Imagine leaving the wormhole for a century. You could jump in and emerge from the out end a century into the past. But you can't travel back to a time older than the wormhole.
