no it does not it pushes down on every thing even rocks
the piston would push air down and fluid up.
Fans doesn't push heat or cold down but pushes air with force in the direction which is determined by the position of blades of fan.
Air resistance is basically friction between the object on the air- it has to push the air out of the way, and slows down.
The Glass is so hard to push underwater because air has less density than water, so it floats. This causes the glass to have an air bubble inside of it, thus making the glass harder and harder to push down.
Air resistance and friction. Weight can sometimes slow you down if your going up in like a plane or rocket. UpTHRUST THRUST=Push
the piston would push air down and fluid up.
The blades of the fan have a small angle tilt, so it can push down air.
down
there is still air in the trachea. when you push down on the trachea, the air moves from the trachea and into the lungs, thus inflating it. the lings should appear to move up. be a truth seeker

the piston would push air down and fluid up.
suck in air and flex your throat then push the half way down your throat then push back up
You force air down your throat without swallowing and push out...

Because the higher you go, the less air there is above to push down and compress the air around you.
It is a 'pull' when you are falling, the gravity 'pulls' you down. But the Air resistance will 'push' you back up, making a force either a push or a pull
