Actually it's not known. It is know that Akiza loves Yusei, as defined by Jack in episode 71 English version, but if Yusei loves Akiza then it is currently just guessed at this point. Right now in the story they are only friends but Akiza probably wants them to be more than that.

∙ 14y agoDefinitely in the Dubbed version they won't get together and probably they won't get together in the regular version since they didn't have romance in the other versions, but don't give up hope! There are hints in the show already. For example , on episode 40, Martha said "You like this Aki girl right? Don't be shy, go out there and nab your future wife!". Also on ep. 75 aka "Aki Izayoi Acceleration!" Aki wants to feel what its like to be a Turbo Duelist. Yusei gets builds a Starters D-Wheel so she can get her licence, She practices all day (with Yusei's help) and finally starts improving. After, Yusei teaches her how to 'turn back' (you'll understand better if you watch the ep.). In the process they have to go to the roller rink. It turns out to be more like a date (even the twins think so!). Its very romantic so don't give up hope!

Yes, she is. She teased Yusei about liking her and when she met Aki she did a smirkish smile, not to mention Aki's father wants her with Yusei as well.

It's very clear after her duel with Yusei, when Divine had her under control she heard Yusei's voice and was snapping back to reality, and her and Yusei went on a date in episode 75 (sub version, which is the official version) where he holds her by the waist, catches her before she falls in which she blushes and he smiles. It's clear something is going to happen between them.

But we don't know if their relationship will progress further, it was not in the Japanese version, but might be in the 4kids English Version.

Akiza does love Yusei because in episode 71 she gets all emotional and mad when Yusei is kidnapped and Jack says "This Yusei business has you all wound up. If I didn't know any better I'd say you were in love with him." In episode 60 Sayer, disguised as a police officer, tells Yusei "I take it you have special feelings for this girl. Why else would you come to a place like this?" (this is only in the english version). The biggest thing is in the last episode of the japanese version, where Akiza ALMOST tells Yusei she loves him, but at the last second changes her mind. However, Yusei likely knew that Akiza loved him, by his reaction and returning statements in the conversation, most likely also held feelings for Akiza.
