Yes. It depends on the nutrition in the feed: if, for example, it's high in fat, there will be a lot of fat in your animal (ex. a cow) and the meat will probably taste better. If you put a cow on an all-grass diet or a feed with low fat, that cow will become thin and probably unhealthy. The meat will not be as good.
All in all, though, I think juicy steak with steak spice wins out over any feed :)
Because outdoors cattle will burn off the energy that is used for meat production. If they are kept indoors they will have more energy to use for the conversion of feed into meat.
If one raises their own animals for meat, one is more apt to eat more of that meat, thereby ingesting more protein.

you feed them RAW MEAT from cows
The cost of producing meat varies widely depending on factors such as the type of meat, production methods, feed costs, and regional economic conditions. For instance, beef production can be significantly more expensive than poultry due to longer breeding cycles and higher feed requirements. Generally, costs can range from a few dollars per pound for chicken to over ten dollars per pound for premium cuts of beef. Additionally, environmental regulations and animal welfare practices can also influence production costs.
The Production Budget for Midnight Meat Train was $15,000,000.

Pretty much any standard meat that you would feed to a gerbil. Stay away from fish meat.
Unless you are planning on cooking it, i wouldn't feed a dog raw meat.
You can feed then caned meat ether from your pets or what you eat, or you could just feed them meat. p.s. make sure its not frozen.
Cats are "obligate carnivores". That is, their digestive systems digest meat. They do not digest any form of plant matter well. Do not feed your cat herbs- feed them meat.
