No not many of them do. But what you do get with most iPod touches is a cable to plug into your computer and you can charge it from there. If you want you can buy a mains charger in the shops for around £20. But be careful because all three 8gb, 16gb and the 32gb need a different charger. To charge the ipod touch up completely it will take around 6hrs.

It also comes with an adaptor to convert regular wall-outlet power to USB, in case you need to charge it with no computer.
i think you'd better buy a new one online,buy it on eBay ,shoppingkool and amazon will help you use iPhone more freely.

Note: with the iPhone 5 and onward "30 pin iPhone connector" should be replaced with "lightning connector"..
