Anxiety can cause dizzyness, lightheadedness, and even fainting, but so can lots of other conditions. Dizziness is a general symptom that can be a characteristic of many diseases/conditions as well as a side effect to many medications and medical treatments. If the dizziness is troubling you, it is best to talk to your physician or nurse practitioner, who will be able to fully evaluate the cause(s) of your dizziness.

yes anxiety can make u dizzy because when ur anctious u over breath faster from the chest which can make u feel dizzy and light headed you should try breathing from the stomach nice and slow or some people breath in to a paper bag which can make u feel better as ur brathing the oxygen back in to ur body hope that's helpful.

They could but a panic attack affect the breathing more than the brain

the main symptom would be sruggeling to breath and a sudden fear washing over you

you could also possibly not be able to move towards what if making you scared

Dizziness, feeling dizzy or light-headed are common symptoms of stress, fear, and anxiety.

When you panic or feel anxious your body automatically goes into fight flight response and you begin to breath shallower and faster and get the feeling you would have before a race or interview. The shallow and faster breathing is what causes the dizziness. breathing in through your nose and counting to 7 then out through your mouth and counting to 5 helps or even into a paper bag.

Also people with anxiety tend to breath from there upper chest which can cause you to be come dizzy faster during panic. to see if you do this lay or sit down and look down as you breath, if your upper chest moves in and out instead of just below rib cadge i would suggest a breathing CD and listen to it just before bed, paul mckenna does the best and has a lot for anxiety sufferers.

i myself suffered from GAD (generalised anxiety disorder) last year and after months of CBT therapy i can control my anxiety.
