Can't wait to see the answers to this one. I think they call it 'soft serve' because they can't legally call it 'ice cream'. It is probably corn starch, corn syrup, sugar, preservatives and fillers. I'll bet there isn't a bit of milk or milk product in it. And if there is, I'll bet it's less than 2 per cent. Don't rely on this stuff for your daily calcium.
