To replace the piston rings on your Lancer C12W engine you will need to have a lot of time, patience, and a second vehicle. You need to take your engine out of the car, pull your head off of the engine, pull the oil pan off, unbolt all pistons from the crank shaft remove the crankshaft and then pull your pistons out.
