Department of Motor Vehicle offices offer official state driver's handbooks. Driver's education classes may provide the use of another text, but at least an less technical explanation to many of the areas discussed. Specific questions can be addresses to State Highway Patrol Offices, and can likely be answered online. Just be sure the answer given is for your specific state and agrees with the official driver's manual.

No you do not. Just go get the book from the MVD and study up, and if you know the content of the book just walk in there and ask to take your test. There is no requirement for driving school.

A good book for teaching people how to drive is the Driver Handbook, by the United States DMV. The Driver Handbook contains rules and regulations drivers need to know to be good drivers.
It is never ok to skip a warriors book, because you must find out what happens next to ThunderClan! plus, you might miss an important detail that you need to know. and its easier to understand if you read them all in a correct order

You have to know a full sound card name. After that you go to the manufacture website and find support->drivers, after that you will have to choose your sound card name from a dropdown list. And press download.
The GPS helps drivers go places if they dont know how. All they have to do is type in the address and the GPS will tell the driver directions.
It depends what you are asking about or for, but I find google images really useful. It helps if you know your breed names and colours because then life is easier and you can find the pictures you are looking for easier.
