If the windows are not working and all the fuses are good.. The problem lies in the door.. The rubber boot between the dooor and fender flexes everytime the door is opened and closed what happens is the wire breaks in there. just open the boot with a knife and pull on the wires a little . The broken wires will expose themselves quite easily. Usually an BLUE or White wire. repair them and the windows will work again..

its one of these but my full schematic set shows on power windows this year. this circuit uses a door lock circuit breaker , in fuse box. 30amp fuse, will be obivious. says left dash. this fuse runs windows and door locks both. so if both functions are dead, bingo, on fuse.
start with replacing the switch first. check with your local junkyard first. they usually have these switches that are still good for cheap. a new motor is around 100 .
