Asking for the PSN account information can get you banned. It is called account scamming and defined as "Offender tried to persuade another user to share account information, including but not limited to logins, passwords, bank accounts, credit card information, etc. by any means possible." You should never give anyone your account information or share the information of another account which can also get you banned for "Share/Hijack Account Sharing personal Sony Entertainment Network account information in order to obtain access to another persons Sony Entertainment Network account. Changing another persons email address, and/or password without their permission in order to gain and control access to an account. Offender attempted to use or take content they did not pay for." I have added a related link for Why is my Sony Entertainment Network account banned? from the Playstation Network Knowledge center and used for quotations for this answer
Map packs are not available for the Wii version of Black Ops
you buy the map packs
in my anti-CoD views, it is not worth getting. However, my friends who DO like CoD say it is most definitely worth it to get the map packs.

March 1st
The same as Black ops itself. Treyarch+Activision.
there is no code; you have to get one of the map packs, i thinks its COD: Black ops First Strike.
no there is not there is only 4 map packs The names of the map packs are First Strike, Escalation, Annihilation, and Rezurrection.
No , but with the expected September 22 2011 release of Rezurrection you will be able too. They are modified for Black Ops WAW maps and not WAW map Packs
"Five" is a Zombies map, part of one of the DLC packs. (I'm not sure which, I have all 4 DLC packs & don't remember which one it was on)
you buy the map packs with either playstation network, or microsoft points depends on what system, or you use a credit card.
I think you have to make a new account.
