I don't know about any complaints. They did have BBB issues but that is because they refused to do business with them after the ABC 20/20 investigation was done on the BBB exposing them. After the V O Group ended their relationship there were dropped from an A to a F. I was leery about this and wasn't going to do business. After speaking with the V O Group, all of their facts pertaining to BBB was correct and proven accurate and I decided to move forward.
As of 4 days ago I have been released of $63,000... No complaints from us...
As with all companies, there are people who have complaints. This company stands behind the work they contract to do for you and they are a company of its word. The Vacation Ownership Group has helped thousands of timeshare consumers some with as much as $300,000 debt owed to a timeshare developer.
