the way you get an azure Flute is by having an action replay. You have to type in an event code that you can get off the internet. Then you turn on your game and it will have an option to use mystery gift. Press mystery gift and it will give you options on what you want to do. Then you go to you're regular game and go into a pokemart while pressing the L button and the R button. Go into the pokemart and there will be a person in the bottom left of the pokemart. Talk to the person and the person will give you an azure flute. Then you go to the top of Mt. Coronet where fought Dialga. Once you get there it will say if you want to use the azure flute. Say yes and these flights of stairs will appear. save here because the legendary Pokemon arceus is at the top of those stairs. Arceus is level 80 and knows the moves hyper beam, recover, future sight and one more move but I forget what it is. There you go, that's how you get the azure flute and arceus.
