A good workout program that focuses on the abs will significantly strengthen your core. The best programs put emphasis on crunches and sit-ups.

Yes, this workout program is very good and does show results in short time period. I personally have a friend who used to be over weight and now is in the best shape of his life thanks to the p90x workout. You can purchase the DVD's at the p90x website.
A boxing workout can increase endurance, strength, and speed. You can follow the boxing program of trinity boxing.com. I've been doing their program for 3 months now and it sure is giving me good results.

YES it works but if you dont follow the diet it wont work as good as its spose to but without the diet you well still get built but not as good as you can with the diet. Theres lots of people that do it without the diet.
P90X provides an intense workout via DVDs that you workout along with. If you don't want to invest in a program such as that, you can try doing sprints, push-ups, and calisthenics to build muscle.
It all depends on which workout you have chosen, your body type, age, gender, and your goals. Whenever considering an exercise program it is a good idea to get checked by a physician first. Then another good idea is to as someone who has tried the program you are considering to give you some advice about the best way to do it.
The terry crews workout seems to be a joke. I have never used this workout and would not recommend it to anyone. People pay to much for good advice, workouts are big business.
