Good question. You hearf everyone who recommends sjupplements tell you to make sure they are good quality. No one ever tells you how to know. There are no independent regulators or grfoups doing testing so you really can't know. Plenty of people will make recommendations but if you press them for how they know they will never be able to giv ed any kind of factual answers other than that they feel like they work for them. When researchers do take supplements and test them the results are usually dissappointing.
