Does anyone know why i feel my hallucinations i feel my hallucinations say i was stabbed i would feel excrutiating pain it only happens just after i fall asleep and just as i wake up?

That's called a dream, not a hallucination. no, Ive fully woken up when it happens. and Ive only just fallen asleep , id still stand up if i was told to , if you know what i mean.
