The answer is no. Though, Hinata is obviously jealous but she shows no sign of hate. Hinata is jealous that Sakura is closer to Naruto than she is, and knows Naruto likes her. She still believes they are perfect for each other but there have been no signs of affection between Naruto and Hinata. As you can see Naruto doesn't know Hinata likes him because he wonders why she acts so weird around him. He's begining to figure out but he hasn't put the puzzle pieces together yet.
