When you are on a speaker phone, you cannot control who hears the conversation, so essentailly no, you cannot object to anyone hearing the conversation. The only way to make the conversation private is to take the phone off of speakerphone. If you use speakerphone as a hands free option, consider a headset or bluetooth.
