Brain neurons have been proved to repair or develop themselves slowly. A massive injury to the brain is unexpected to recover anytime in the person's lifetime, but more minuscule injuries there will be some visible recovery. Antioxidants, Vitamins A,E,B's will also help with brain "clean up" and recovery. Diet is vital.
