I'm British & I dated a Pinoy from Manila who was into the same pop culture stuff as me & who I found attractive. I met him on the cruise ship I was working on.

I think a lot of foreign girls are put off my Filipino guys reputations of being unfaithful. I discovered he was seeing another girl onboard and was flirting with another by text. I'm not sure if I'd date another having had my fingers burned, as all the British girls I know who've have dated Pinoys have been cheated on (& same with some Filipina friends boyfriends).

It's an unfortunate turn off as there's some hot pinoys out there!

Pls (to the person who answered above) I hope you don't paint all Filipino guys with the same brush - "cheaters" and etc. I'm sure there are many guys who cheat in your home country and I'm sure some of your friends have been burned by them as well. There are also guys who cheat in other countries other than the Philippines or the UK...

Don't let that hold you back if you see another Pinoy you find hot... Give him a go! Who knows he may be "the one" for you and you maybe the one he wants to be with for the rest of his life! Just my two cents! Good luck girl! :D
