Yes.... Or rather, it appears to. The "active" ingredient in Calorad products is collagen, a substance found naturally in many sources. However, ingesting it in either pill or liquid form has shown dubious (at best) results in clinical trials. Most Calorad supplements advise the following:
Eat sensibly.
Exercise.
Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day.
Don't eat 3 hours before bed.
This is precisely the regiment prescribed by health care and weight lost professionals. The pill is a 40-60 dollar placebo to make you feel better about living a healthy lifestyle.
Calorad is the type of product that would be classified as a weight loss supplement. It is a liquid protein which is made of hyrdrolysate and aloe vera.

For me I take 24 mg and If I want to feel the same with caffeine about 120-150 mg of caffeine will give me the same energy. If I really want to get going I take either 32 or 40 mg of ephedrine or 200-250 mg of caffeine. Or I take 24 mg of ephedrine and 180 mg of caffeine at the same time. But really it varies from person to person. You'll have to see how it affects you or you can try the same doses that work for me.
No.
No, a Marshall MG fully programmable foot controller will not work with a Marshall Valvestate VS100 amplifier. The MG series foot controllers are specifically designed to be compatible with MG amplifiers, and the Valvestate series uses a different footswitch interface. To control the VS100, you would need a compatible footswitch designed for that specific amplifier model.
