yes, they do grow mold faster because the harder the cheese, the more calories and mold contracts from calories. .... whats your favorite type of cheese? my favorite type of cheese is Swiss because it goes good on anything. it"s good on sanwiches, salads, and plain by its self! yummy! :-)
