No it does not.
absolutely not
No, your child will not be emancipated because she is pregnant and her parents still have to support her until she is.
No, child support doesn't stop. Quitting school does not emancipate a minor.
The fact that the child is pregnant should have nothing to do with parental responsibility.
no, age of majority there is 21.
No. She is still your child and still needs to be supported.
No, they are still your responsibility. You are still their parent, and they are still a minor. You still have to help take care of them.
Unless there is a stipulation in the court order, nothing.
Of course not. Child support is for the support of a minor child. Why should the child be deprived of financial support if her mother dies. The order can be modified and it will be paid over to her legal guardian if that person is not the other parent.Of course not. Child support is for the support of a minor child. No. The guardian of a minor child cannot "relieve" the parent of their child support obligation. That power is reserved for the courts. If the guardian doesn't need it to help support the child then it should be deposited into a trust with the child as the sole beneficiary at college time.
i have no money that's why i am on here
Child support is worked out by your annual income so you should not be paying more than you can afford. I believe there is a percentage of your wages that you must still have after child support is taken. Check with your child support how much that is. In my country no more than 40% of your wages can be taken for child support.
