China shows respect to all its foreigners.

West China is a bunch of inhibited mountains and the rest is on the East.

There not many Africa's or people of African descent who travel to China but since they never had a real global conflict with Africa, nor many people from Africa they do have no have any grudges or particular feuds with them, so my answer would be yes.
