yes chocolate can make you ill i know this coz when i have a chocolate milkshakei get ill afterwardsits soo annoying now i have to stay away from the chocolate milkshakes my advise-stay away from the chocolate milshakes and has strawberry,bannana or vanilla. this would help or have a chocolate milkshake your choice but drink it slowlygood luck xxxx hope this helped
