No it does not. The sperm goes to the uterus and there you can't clean. Douching is also bad for the vagina which is self cleaning. It increases the risk for infections since you disrupt the natural flora. And the withdraw method is a good method if you want to get pregnant. Use a condom or get on the pill if you want to be safe.
