No- the only 100% effective method, unfortunately, is abstinence. Combining Birth Control pills/condoms/spermicide would *greatly* reduce the chance of getting pregnant, but there's still a small chance you could.

No!!! All birth controls are not effective, such as withdrawal. Of course, no birth control method is 100% effective except for abstinence, but condoms and pills are about as effective as you can get. I believe the pill's effectiveness rate is 99.5%

best method is the pill - 98% effective. however, use a condom along with that! worse than getting pregnant, you can get sick and die. use both! Celibacy is 100% effective
