Short answer: No.

Long answer: While in fact each individual person requires a different amount of calories per day, the average is about 2000. 900 calories does not supply you with enough energy to undergo many basic bodily functions, and can end up with you having malnutrition and no energy throughout your day. Talk to you doctor to find out how many calories you should be eating, based on age, gender, and weight.

Of course you will. A 700 calorie-a-day diet is a starvation diet. The absolute minimum amount of calories a human needs per day is 1200.

Extreme dieting can also lead to anorexia and/or bulimia. Studies have been done, in which normal-weight people with no history of eating disorders were put on starvation or near-starvation diets (1000 to 1200 calories a day). Within weeks, these people would start developing body dysmorphia (thinking you're fat when you're not) and other eating-disorder symptoms (like cutting their food into teeny-tiny bites, or chewing each bite exactly 100 times). Something about starving messes up your brain.

Personally, I had an eating disorder for nearly a decade. And it all started with a 1000 calorie-a-day diet.

Yes, very much so. The average person should be eating 1,500 to 2,000 calories a day. Eating only 600 to 700 calories a day is starving your body of the proper nutrients it needs and is very unhealthy.

How do you stick to your diet at school and in front of your parents i want to stick to 700 calories a day and it is really hard as my friends teachers and parents make me eat how do i get round?

One easy way would be to do a juice only diet; however, 700 calories really isn't enough to stay healthy. You might consider exercise and raising your diet to more like 1200-1500 calories. Even that's a bit low, but at least it's enough if you're eating the right foods to get all the nutrients your body needs.
