If someone eats any kind of seeds it will not grow in their stomach. The acids in the stomach will kill any chance of it growing. It will go through digestion just like everything else. You may even find it on the other end if you look for it.
I don't suggest eating them unless you are about to die of starvation. I also don't suggest telling anyone that it will grow in their stomach either.
