iPhone 4's (as well as iPod Touch 4th gens) should already have FaceTime installed on them. If the app is not showing up on your homescreen, go to Settings>FaceTime> and make sure the swith that says "FaceTime" is on. If this doesn't work, Sync and Back up all needed data to your iTunes and restore your iPhone. Once it's done restoring, select "Restore From Backup" in iTunes. Now you should have all your media and data etc. on your phone, and FaceTime. I hope this helps :)

When and if you lose wi-fi your call will automatically hang up. and You can only use facetime with someone else who have and iphone4 and is connected to wi-fi!
